Porridge with side of milk and milk alternative, butter (certified gluten free available)
(we will provide nuts, seeds, dried fruit)
Gluten-free muffins: spelt flour base: zucchini-date (no sugar), carrot-chocolate chip, apple-cinnamon, orange-chocolate
Fruit (oranges, pears, apples, grapes (?) )
Lunch (1 - 2 pm)
Gluten-free Sheppard’s pie: Free-range meat sheppard’s pie or Millet-Quinoa-lentil-vegetable vegan sheppard’s pie
Green salad with apple cider vinaigrette
Carrot-beet salad
